Guidelines:
AD SIZE: 2 3/8" wide x 1 5/8 deep
HEADLINE: Up to 21 characters (including spaces)
PHOTO: Provide full color or black and white print (can use color print
for black and white ad)
TEXT WITH PHOTO: Up to 25 words
TEXT WITHOUT PHOTO: Up to 50 words |

Please also note what kind of
ad you would like (4 line classified text or classified
display with b/w or color image.)
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
Please do not include your credit card info in the email,
(Not secure). Let us know you would like to pay with a
credit card and we will call you to get the information.
1. BEFORE SENDING E-MAIL: Name your photo the same as the headline in your ad. Save as a JPEG file and
close file. If they are not named the same, we cannot be responsible for mismatched photos.
2. PREPARING YOUR E-MAIL: Write your ad directly in your E-mail letter. DO NOT send text as an attachment.
Indicate if you are attaching a photo.
3. With photo file closed, attach the photo to your E-mail letter (1 photo per E-mail). If photo appears in your
E-mail letter, do not send. Photo MUST be attached to E-mail and
NOT EMBEDDED in E-mail letter.
4. E-mail your letter to todaystrader@aol.com. We will call when we have received the E-mail to confirm receipt and
for your credit card information.
